I use IE7 with Win.Vista Business. The new computer arrived with IE7 and
the Windows already installed, but in IE7 there was only the Google Toolbar.
I removed it hoping that when I do that the other Toolbar (Starting with
"File") will install itself instead, but it did not. Will someone please
tell me how to install the Toolbar with the option "File" so that I can
"Save As"

Hi Zygy,

The Menu bar (Starting with "File") by default displays in toggle mode.
Press the Alt key to toggle the Menu bar display. Once you have the Menu bar
displayed, select the View>Toolbars>Menu bar menu to keep the bar visible.
You may also want to display the links toolbar which can be found on the
same menu above.

To switch the menu bar back to Toggle Mode, select the View>Toolbars>Menu
bar again.

Regards.

Had no problem checking Menu to permanently display the menu bar but now the
bar has disappeared. The Menu box is checked and will not uncheck. Have seen
other posts having this problem but no solutions.

Have reset IE7 to default and have not added anything to it but the check
mark still will not uncheck - other check marks like lock toolbar will check
and uncheck.

Has anyone found a solution to this problem?
