IE 7, APPCRASH

Internet Explorer 7, APPCRASH in Windows Vista Business. while i try to
download even from the microsoft web site, error is saying: restart / or
close the IE. I have reset the browser and frequently updated all the
required patches.

If the problem still occurred when running IE without add-ons, work through
