Image Resizing Issue

Hello,

On my website, I use frames. The left frame is a navigation frame and the
right is where the page is displayed. From one of the pages on the right, one
of the thumbnail pictures links to the full-sized image. The full sized image
is too large to see the whole thing on the screen, but it won't re-size
because it's in the frame.

Is there any way to make Internet Explorer resize the image inside the
frame, or do I need to make it open in a new tab / window to have it resize?

Thanks

You need to resize the full sized image to fit the frame.

Is there any way to do that without setting up a separate page? Right now the
thumbnails are just linked to the full-sized JPG file. The only way I know of
to change the size of the picture would be to set up a separate HTML file,
but it seems like there should be an easier way than to make an HTML page for
each picture.
