Can I delete the Search Providers window line and add a GO button like there
was in IE6?

My IE7 toolbar tweaks addon..

Can't add a GO button though. Also Quero toolbar at http://www.quero.at can
customize the IE7 toolbar(including your own custom GO button)

There is a button at the end of the Address Bar that is a Refresh button
until you change the content of the Address Bar, when it becomes a go
button.
